2. General information on data processing

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing regularly takes place only with the user's consent or where permitted by a legal basis.

This website does not use analytics, tracking or marketing cookies. No user profiles are created and no data is passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server, not from external services.

3. Hosting and server log files

Our website is hosted by an external service provider (processor). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

Each time our website is accessed, the host automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits. These are:

anonymized or shortened IP address
date and time of access
page accessed / name of the retrieved file
browser and operating system used
referrer URL (the previously visited page)

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of its website. This data is not merged with other data sources.

Contact form and quote requests

If you send us an inquiry or drawing via the form on this website, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, message and uploaded files such as drawings or CAD models) in order to handle your inquiry and prepare a quote.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your inquiry is aimed at concluding or initiating a contract. Otherwise, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling inquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, your inquiry including all resulting personal data will be processed for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Storage period

We store the data you transmit until the purpose for storage no longer applies, you request deletion, or statutory retention periods expire. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular commercial and tax retention periods, remain unaffected.

5. Your rights as a data subject

Within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the following rights at any time:
